Yearlong Cohort for Aspiring Female Heads of School
The Doreen C. Kelly Aspiring Female Heads Fellowship, in honor of Doreen’s leadership legacy, is designed to inspire and equip a small cohort of six NCAIS leaders for the role of Head of School. Nominated by their current Heads of School, these women lead through mission, seek joy in their work, and center students in their leadership. During this school year-long Fellowship, the cohort will meet in person or virtually monthly to build networks, create community, and explore relevant knowledge.
