ISACS/NCAIS Parent Series - 6

ISACS/NCAIS Parent Series - 6

Wednesday, April 9, 2025
7:30 PM - 8:30 PM (EDT)

Virtual

The Parent Series is a year-long program offering 6 exceptional webinars designed for independent school parents & caregivers in all stages of their children's growth.

Along with 5 other associations in NAIS (ISAS, NYSAIS, PAIS, HAIS, and ACIS), NCAIS is happy to join the ISACS Parent Series, a hallmark program for independent schools, designed to strengthen partnerships with parents in support of essential school/home relationships. ISACS has created another exceptional series of six one-hour webinars for parents in all stages of their children’s growth. We know you will find these new topics to be compelling and significantly important to your school and to parents and caregivers as they learn from leading experts in the fields of education, parenting, and child development. We hope your school’s parents see this resource as one of the many benefits of belonging to your school community and that each session serves as a springboard to energizing conversations. Many educators also have participated!

Schools can use the series to springboard important conversations:
• Use the topics for parent coffee discussions.
• Bring in parents to view the program together, either live or asynchronously.
• Encourage parents to view some of the programs with their middle school and upper school aged children.

Parents & Caregivers, we hope you will join other independent school parents for the six evening webinars led by a celebrated team of experts to help you support and guide your children in all areas of their development. We look forward to learning right along with you!

IMPORTANT: Please have ONE designated contact person register for your school. Only one registration per school is needed for your school community to receive access to the entire Parent Series. This registrant will become the "Contact Person" and will be the only contact to receive additional communications from ISACS throughout the Series regarding Zoom links, important reminders, and post webinar resources. This person should share all details with the school community as needed.

Once registration is complete, the registered contact person will receive a confirmation email with details and a separate email that includes a paid receipt or an invoice.

  1. Prior to each webinar, NCAIS will send reminder emails to the school’s contact person with details including the Zoom pre-registration link for that webinar.
  2. Your school's contact person will be asked to share the pre-registration links with all trustees and heads who wish to attend the live webinars.
  3. Trustees and heads who plan to attend the live presentation must pre-register on Zoom prior to EACH webinar.
  • Parent Series webinars will be recorded and available to registered schools to access until 6/30/25. The 9/25/24 and 11/19/24 webinars will be available until 12/31/24.
  • Instructions on how to access the recordings and applicable resources will be sent within 24-48 hours of the live presentation to the contact person registered on the NCAIS website as well as anyone pre-registered on Zoom for that particular webinar.
  • Passwords are not required to access the recordings; however, Parent Series registrants will be prompted to complete a Zoom On-Demand Online Form before gaining access to each webinar.
  • Recordings must only be accessed by schools that registered for the 2024-25 Parent Series. Please do not share the recording links with others outside your school community. NCAIS will contact any non-registrant who completes the online form and will require a registration fee.
