2025-26 Leadership Institute

Developing Intentional and Confident Leadership Skills

This three-day Leadership Institute will develop the innate leadership abilities of promising employees. Selected leaders will participate in a school-year long experience that includes research-based best practice in leadership development as well as work with certified Executive Coach Michelle Bostian, enabling leaders to navigate barriers and achieve meaningful success. This intensive is designed for those looking for the next step in their careers.

Over the course of the year, participants will:

• Complete the WorkPlace Big Five Profile™, a validated, research-based personality assessment, to gain deep insights into personality traits and behavioral tendencies. Leverage these results to enhance self-awareness, optimize leadership effectiveness, and refine interpersonal strategies for professional growth.
• Attend three full-day, in-person workshops with Michelle Bostian (Bostian Coaching and Consulting) at the March McLennan office in Greensboro:
  • January 12, 2026
  • February 9, 2026
  • March 16, 2026
• Engage in two group coaching sessions
• Select and attend an additional NCAIS leadership opportunity during the 2025-26 school year (Heads, Trustees and CFOs Conference, Women in Leadership, Administrators of Color, or Academic Leaders Conference).
