With an extensive background in college athletics, Rob Dickson’s journey began as a Division I athlete at Penn State before transitioning to an assistant swim coach at Michigan State, where he earned a master's in Sport Coaching and Leadership. During law school, Rob focused extensively on name, image, and likeness (NIL) legislation and its implications for high school and collegiate athletics.

While in school, Rob served as a brand manager at a sports marketing company, helping a roster of college athletes secure over $50,000 in NIL deals. He has shared his expertise as a guest lecturer on NIL at Michigan State and delivered numerous presentations to high school athletes and coaches on effectively navigating this evolving landscape.

Rob is an attorney with Fisher Phillips, specializing in labor and employment law. As a member of the firm's sports practice group, he continuously monitors and analyzes the latest developments in sports law and NIL regulations to provide the best advice to clients
