12 Seats Remaining

AI is reshaping education—how will your school respond? At NCAIS Innovate, you won’t just talk about AI; you’ll experience it firsthand. This hands-on conference blends exploration and strategy, giving you time to test AI tools while also thinking critically about your school’s approach.

The Innovation Playground provides time to experiment with AI tools, a panel of educators shares real-world AI applications—both in the classroom and at the school-wide level—and Sohan Choudhury, CEO of Flint, delivers a keynote on the future of AI-driven skills. The day concludes with "Classroom from the Future," an interactive session that brings emerging AI possibilities to life. A collaborative session on AI literacy frameworks will help you consider next steps for your school.

Whether you’re exploring AI for the first time or refining your school’s approach, this conference offers the perfect mix of hands-on discovery and big-picture thinking.

Sohan is the co-founder and CEO of Flint (flintk12.com), an AI platform that enables teachers to personalize learning to meet the needs of every student. As the CEO of Flint, Sohan works directly with teachers on rolling out Flint in their classrooms, and with school leaders to help in navigating the challenges of AI integration. Cary Academy, Durham Academy, and Providence Day School are some of the schools in North Carolina that have partnered with Flint.

Before co-founding Flint, Sohan studied Computer Science at Georgia Tech, where he was a Stamps Presidential Scholar. Sohan dropped out of college in 2020 to build a video chat company which was later acquired. Following that experience, Sohan chose to combine his passion of technology and education by starting Flint.

Sohan and his co-founder, Jinseo, participated in the Y Combinator startup accelerator as part of the Summer 2023 batch, and were selected as Forbes 30 under 30 in education for their work on Flint.
